# up.Params.fromContainer(container, [options])

Constructs a new [`up.Params`](https://unpoly.com/api/up.Params.md) instance from the fields within the given container.

Unlike [`up.Params.fromForm()`](https://unpoly.com/api/up.Params.fromForm.md), the container may be any element. The params contain the values of all [fields](https://unpoly.com/api/up.form.fields.md) within the container, and no submit button.

The element to scan for fields.

Whether to add fields that are disabled.
