Whether this request is loading in the background.

Background requests are deprioritized over foreground requests. Background requests also won't emit [`up:network:late`](https://unpoly.com/api/up:network:late.md) events and won't trigger the [progress bar](https://unpoly.com/learn/progress-bar.md).
