# up.motion.isEnabled()

Load [`unpoly-migrate.js`](https://unpoly.com/changes/upgrading.md) to polyfill deprecated features.

Returns whether Unpoly will perform animations and transitions.

Set [`up.motion.config.enabled = false`](https://unpoly.com/api/up.motion.config.md#config.enabled) in order to disable animations globally.
