# up.network.loadPage(options)

Makes a full-page request, replacing the entire browser environment with a new page from the server response.

Aborts all pending requests.

## Parameters {#parameters}

### options.url {#options.url}

(required)

The URL to load as a full page.

Type: string

### [options.method='get'] {#options.method}

(optional)

The HTTP method to use for the request.

Common values are `'get'`, `'post'`, `'put'`, `'patch'` and `'delete'`. The value is case-insensitive.

Type: string

### [options.params] {#options.params}

(optional)

Additional [parameters](https://unpoly.com/api/up.Params.md) that should be sent as the request's [query string](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Query_string) or payload.

Binary values from file inputs will be removed from the given params.
