Compatible changes

• a[up-target] and up.follow now scroll to a #hash in the link's destination URL
• When up.replace cannot make a change in old browsers, return an unresolved promise instead of a resolved promise.

Upgrading

If you're upgrading from an older Unpoly version you should load unpoly-migrate.js to polyfill deprecated APIs. Changes handled by unpoly-migrate.js are not considered breaking changes.
