Breaking changes

• If you are using Unpoly's Boostrap integration, you now need to include unpoly-bootstrap3.js after you include the Bootstrap CSS.
• Fix some issues when using Unpoly together with Bootstrap modals.

Upgrading

If you're upgrading from an older Unpoly version you should load unpoly-migrate.js to polyfill deprecated APIs. Changes handled by unpoly-migrate.js are not considered breaking changes.
